This poster makes use of the symbolism of the Aztec eagle, with four eagles surrounding a center one. It advertises an afternoon with Cesar Chavez, the leader of the United Farm Workers, on August 11th from 3:30 to 8:30 pm, with free food and music. This poster advertised a way to get the people to rally around the cause of the UFW. The UFW organized strikes of migrant workers for better wages and working conditions.
