Patssi Valdez
Patssi Valdez was born in Los Angeles , California . She began her artistic career in the 1970's as a student at Garfield High
School in East LA. She later received a degree from the Otis Parson School of design in New York . She is today's most visionary
painters. Patssi tends to place side-by-side cultural identity and gender politics through the skillful manipulation of ordinary objects. She
also uses colors coupled with narrative and metaphor in her works. 5
