It was in our original design concept to allow the performer the flexibility to change the sounds at his or her disposal. In this way, the instrument can be tailored to meet the needs of an specific performance in order to more closely execute the artistic intent that the performer had envisioned.

At the moment, six total sounds are provided, two for each voice. It is our goal that the player be able to introduce their own sounds into the model, allowing for the flexibility to realize a specific artistic intention. Along these same lines, six total visual textures are provided, with these also allowing modularity in order to accomodate the performance of a given piece. This is similar to an organist being able to select any registration available on an instrument depending on the piece to be played in order to realize their specific artistic vision.
