The sample problem is a five-disk clutch problem as shown in the figure.The steel disks alternate with the friction disk which consists of a steel core covered with a layer of friction material on both side. There is a relative rotational speed between the steel disks and friction disks. Note that the Piston and the End Plate are not included in the model.
