Searches
& Recalls
If
a book is not on the shelves and not checked out, a search may be
submitted at the Circulation Desk. Searches are done daily, Monday through Friday.
A search placed by 11 a.m. on a weekday will be ready by 5
p.m. of the same day. To
find the answers to your search, inquire at the Circulation Desk.
You may also inquire by telephone; call 764-4252.
A
due date in the Lexcalibur record indicates a book is checked-out to
an office or carrel. In
that instance, you may submit a request to recall the book.
Recalls are done daily, Monday through Friday.
Recalls submitted by 11 a.m. on a weekday will be ready by 5
p.m. of the same day.

Closed
Stacks Paging
If
the call number locator indicates that a book is in an area not open
to the public, you may submit a paging request at the Circulation
Desk on Sub-2. Books
are paged once per day, Monday through Friday only.
Requests for a moderate number of books, submitted by 11 am
on a weekday will be ready by 5 p.m. of the same day.
It may take more than one day to retrieve a large number of
books.

This
form can be printed off and brought to the Circulation Desk.
Please use a separate form for each title submitted for
paging.

In
Process Pulls
If
Lexcalibur status information indicates a book is in process,
you may submit an in-process pull at the Circulation Desk on Sub-2.
In-process pulls are done daily, Monday through Friday.
In-process pull requests submitted by 11 a.m. on a weekday
will be ready by 5 p.m. of the same day.

Materials
on Reserve Professors
frequently put material for their classed on reserve, located in the
Sub-2 Core. Reserve materials can be searched in Lexcalibur by
the professor's name or the name or number of the course. For more information, see Using
