    Universe: 23,386 football season ticket holders

    Method: Self-administered survey mailed to 3,003 randomly selected season ticket holders stratified by geographic region

    Returns: 1,921 surveys were returned and processed, yielding a remarkable 64% rate of return. By comparison, consumer survey returns average 6%-8%, with "committed audience" returns averaging 24%-26%.
