There were four primary objectives in developing this survey:

  • To form a demographic profile of football season ticket holders.

  • To determine season ticket holders’ general attitudes toward their game day experience.

  • To determine the importance of selected aspects of that game day experience.

  • To measure how satisfied fans are with selected aspects of the game day experience.
