Confirmation, Cancellations, and Substitutions
You
will receive confirmation by email or fax. To be eligible for a full
refund
of fees, notice of cancellation must be received in writing before
April 8.
Cancellations received April 9-22 will be charged a $50 handling fee; cancellations
received April 23-May
6 will be charged 25 percent of the registration fee.
Registrants who cancel
on or after May 7, or who fail to attend will be charged
the full amount.
Substitutions may be made at any time.
