Integrated Environment for  Correlative Review of LV Function and Perfusion

Perfusion and functional information can be reviewed simultaneously.   In this integrated environment, perfusion abnormalities can be correlated with regional wall motion and thickening information for the improved identification of viable myocardium.  In the following screen, the physician can review regional wall motion from either the 3D rendered hearts or the cineing 2D images.  Perfusion can be assessed from review of the images and the quantified perfusion information displayed in blackout polar map format.  This patient has an extensive abnormality predominately in the LAD and RCA vascular terrritories that showed substantial reversibility from stress to rest.  In conjunction with normal wall thickening and motion, the myocardium at risk is classified as ischemic.

This is one of many screens that can be user configured to review both perfusion and function.
