How can I find a specific title in the library?
Look
in Lexcalibur, the Law
Library�s online catalog. Records in Lexcalibur give a call number and location.

What is the reference collection?
The
Reference Collection (Ref Coll), located in the Sub-1 Core area
behind the reference desk, houses legal encyclopedias, ALRs, legal
formbooks, Shepard's Citators, directories, and other
reference material.

What�s in the JRBR?
The
JRBR, the Jackier Rare Book Room, houses the Law Library�s
collection of rare books. For

4.
What�s the difference between Open Reserve, Closed Reserve and
Main Desk Reserve?
Open
Reserve and Main Desk Reserve books are located in the Sub-2 Core
area. Open Reserve and
Main Desk books are self serve, both can be browsed in the secured
area or they can be checked out to use in the Library's underground
addition for four hours. Closed
Reserve books are located behind the circulation desk.
Library staff will retrieve closed reserve materials for you.
Closed reserve materials can be checked out, for use in the
Library's underground addition, for four hours.

Can materials be checked out of the Law Library?
Material
cannot be charged out of the building.
However, some material can be charged to carrels and offices
in the Legal Research complex.

This book is missing a page.
What should I do?
Give
the book to a staff member at either the circulation or reference
desk.
7.
What is the distribution room and where is it?
The
distribution room, located in the Sub-2 Core area (the entrance is
from the Sub-2 West wing), contains books waiting to be reshelved.

Where
can I find this call number?

9.
What materials are in the EUDC and where is it?
The
European Union Documents Center, holds the Law Library's collection
of European Union materials. These materials include official
EU documents as well as secondary sources that discuss EU law.
The EUDC is located in the Sub-2 Core, behind the Open Reserves
area.
